Jenny Rassaby Ryan commenced as Executive Director of Hearts and Homes in November 2010. She has an extensive background in human services that started in Australia, with experience of management and direct service roles in not-for-profit and government agencies. She lives with her family in Bozeman, Montana, where she enjoys the mountains, the fresh air, and an active community lifestyle. Jenny is responsible for day to day management of Hearts and Homes, organizes and runs workshops for parents experiencing divorce, teaches nurturing parenting classes and supervises parenting time visits and exchanges .
Sharon Kamerman has lived in Gallatin Valley with her husband for 22 years. They are former licensed foster parents and still provide crisis care in their home. Since 2003, Sharon has coordinated the Respite/Crisis Care program. She also became the office manager and supervised visitation monitor, bringing 20 years of office management experience to Hearts and Homes. Sharon is active in the Churchill community and in her church. She has two grown children. Her passion these days, besides Hearts and Homes, is quilting.
